Leashes shipped within the United States are mailed first class or Priority. The cost of shipping and handling is based on value of order and is calculated within PayPal. The cost for shipping outside of the USA depends on the country being shipped to and weight of the order. For those customers outside the USA, once you place your order, we will contact you with the shipping cost to be paid prior to us sending out your order. NOTE: NON-US CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES, VAT, AND ANY OTHER FEES DUE AT TIME OF DELIVERY.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase it can be returned to us within 30 days of the order date. Please contact us for the address to which the item/s should be mailed and let us know the reason for the return. We will refund the price paid less the original shipping and handling cost.
